PRE-KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM

4-Year-Old Classes (must be four by Septembers 1st)
2, 3, or 5 days week
Our Pre-K program is designed to meet the growing needs of children preparing for kindergarten. The four-year old classes utilize the MSDE approved curriculum Children Study Their World which allows children to be actively involved in their own learning. It employs project-based inquiry through eight interdisciplinary projects that builds upon their knowledge and nurtures their natural sense of curiosity. Their learning is extended through special expert guests and at-home activities. Children are also provided daily art, literacy, motor, and music and movement experiences as well as free play and learning center time.
Assessments of children’s progress toward developmental goals are done throughout the year. Conferences are held twice each year to review your child’s growth and to set educational and developmental goals for each child.
We also welcome all our families to become involved in their campus community through classroom visits, volunteering, and special family events.
